- Responsibility in the execution of the claim process for serious incidents
- Appointment, coordination and leadership of the required interdisciplinary and international team in the claim process
- Conducting and leading the root cause analysis in the claim process
- Follow-up on immediate, corrective and preventive actions required in the claim process
- Preparation, maintenance and publication of necessary documents in the claim process
- Reporting of the current status in the appropriate committees
- Support in the creation of procedural and work instructions, as well as necessary forms for this process
- Coordination of internal and external communication
- Conceptual cooperation in the development and continuous further development of the claim process
Voraussetzungen
- Completed electrical engineering vocational training with many years of relevant work experience required
- Technician/ Bachelor degree (focus on electrical engineering or comparable) desirable
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing desirable
- Several years of professional experience in quality management and project management required
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- SAP and/ or CAQ knowledge advantageous
- Very good knowledge of English is required
- Willingness to travel approx. 30%
