Our customer base includes power supply and industrial companies, switchgear manufacturers as well as power generators in the conventional, but also in the regenerative sector.
For our plant in Regensburg we are looking for an Engineering Process Leader (m/f/d) Dry-Type Transformers as soon as possible.
Analyze, document and submit proposals for processes and procedures for worldwide operational engineering network
Coordinate the implementation of BU-wide design rules and operational engineering processes
Audit the comprehension and compliance with internal design rules and processes as well as with national and international regulations and standards
Coordinate the operational engineering network
Perform and coordinate design review process
Coordination of status quo competence analysis and derivation of proposals for trainings
Contribution/support at defining new product developments
Coordinate the introduction and implementation of new products on the part of operational engineering
Coordinate the implementation of design platform and updates
Contribution at defining and aggregation of ideas for design platform enhancements
Contribution/support at root cause analysis (RCA) procedure
Implementation of lessons learned and preventive measures in design rules and processes according to the RCA results
Academic studies in electrical engineering (focus on power or high-voltage engineering) or equal
Min 10 years of experience in the field of power and/or high-voltage engineering, ideally in cast resin transformers
Leadership skills
Several years of experience as a project or team leader or coordinator desirable
Very good English skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
High level of initiative, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and independent working style
Very good time, problem, conflict and project management as well as organizational skills
Structured way of working and process-oriented thinking and acting
Strong entrepreneurial behavior
Willingness for permanent further development
High level of sociability, teamwork and communication skills
