Engineering Process Leader (m/f/d) Dry-Type Transformers

• Analyze, document and submit proposals for processes and procedures for worldwide operational engineering network

• Coordinate the implementation of BU-wide design rules and operational engineering processes

• Audit the comprehension and compliance with internal design rules and processes as well as with national and international regulations and standards

• Coordinate the operational engineering network

• Perform and coordinate design review process

• Coordination of status quo competence analysis and derivation of proposals for trainings

• Contribution/support at defining new product developments

• Coordinate the introduction and implementation of new products on the part of operational engineering

• Coordinate the implementation of design platform and updates

• Contribution at defining and aggregation of ideas for design platform enhancements

• Contribution/support at root cause analysis (RCA) procedure

• Implementation of lessons learned and preventive measures in design rules and processes according to the RCA results

• Academic studies in electrical engineering (focus on power or high-voltage engineering) or equal

• Min 10 years of experience in the field of power and/or high-voltage engineering, ideally in cast resin transformers

• Leadership skills

• Several years of experience as a project or team leader or coordinator desirable

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)

• High level of initiative, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and independent working style

• Very good time, problem, conflict and project management as well as organizational skills

• Structured way of working and process-oriented thinking and acting

• Strong entrepreneurial behavior

• Willingness for permanent further development

• High level of sociability, teamwork and communication skills

• Confident, authoritative appearance

• Willingness to travel
