SIXT is looking for an HR Administrator International (m/f/d) for our International People Administration Team within the growing HR Support Center in Berlin. You will be part of a diverse team of People Administration & Payroll Agents (m/f/d) responsible to support processing, maintaining and servicing people administration and payroll across our corporate countries in Europe. With your knowledge in HR, you will support and handle all related processes in cooperation with local HR teams and relevant authorities to ensure high-quality employee services. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support our international payroll and HR administration team in all administrative tasks
  • Create all HR related documents for instance contracts of employment, contract changes, reference and confirmation letters
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll communication with third parties across Europe
  • Prepare and provide all relevant data to support the payroll service supplier
  • Maintain and ensure correct data entries in the HR systems
  • Track the return of documents and process-related follow-ups
  • Support constant enhancements of Payroll and People Administration & Support processes globally
  • Manage day-to-day assigned tasks and requests in close collaboration with the local HR departments

Voraussetzungen

Your Qualities

  • You have already gained first relevant professional working experience in HR administration - ideally also in payroll and preferably in a shared services model
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional customer focus and service orientation in addition to strong problem-solving capabilities and high level of detail orientation
  • Knowledge of human resources information systems
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must as this is the language spoken in our teams. Additional languages are a plus
