CONTROLLER PLANNING AND REPORTING (M/F/D)

• You prepare reports and trackers to monitor the performance of commercial units at SIXT Instead of being finished, once your report is done, you identify trends, surprising developments and opportunities that are relevant to decision takers

• You support the quarterly planning process of stretch targets and other performance planning processes based on your knowledge of the current performance and involve other stakeholders in the process

• You conduct ad hoc analyses and other tasks and projects to answer urgent and important questions on the company performance and help senior management answering their questions

• You continuously improve our reporting landscape by acting as product owner for the analytics team, validating figures of multiple sources and (semi-) automate recurring reports

• You work closely with Commercial Analytics, Group Controlling, Product Pricing, all Sales and Product units, international headquarters and many other stakeholders within SIXT

• You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field of studies with above-average success and you have already gathered several years of experience as FP&A controller

• You are able to comprehensively understand the drivers of our business model and you have a strong analytical mindset based on the right balance between accuracy and pragmatism

• You know how to present data in an easy-to-grasp and clear way, how to write SQL queries (preferably on AWS / Athena) and to set-up QuickSight Dashboards

• You have shown flexibility, resilience, above-average willingness to work in your career and ability to align with and manage multiple stakeholders

• You have a service mentality, you are highly reliable, and you are fluent in English and advanced in German (B.2 or above)
