SENIOR PERFORMANCE CONTROLLER (M/F/D)

• Your main tasks include the alignment and guidance of either the whole Global Business Services division in a holistic way or the Procurement department as part of the GBS division with regards to reporting structures and strategic KPIs 

• You define cross-divisional, strategic KPIs and continuously track performance topics

• You independently prepare and conduct business reviews with senior management and enable the identification of problems at an early stage

• You continuously align with our departments to derive insights that enable management decisions based on ad hoc analysis

• You are responsible for bundling requirements towards BI  

• As a strategist, you find it easy to prepare reports on day-to-day business and to ensure that they are transferred and implemented in strategic long-term reporting, this includes the creation of ad hoc analyses 

• You are a strategist, visionary, and doer all in one and communication is in your “blood”, especially with internal stakeholders  

• You have completed your studies in business administration, information systems, or comparable and you have several years of work experience in the reporting environment, as a Performance Analyst or Operational Controller

• An independent development of reporting structures and KPIs is no challenge for you, furthermore you enjoy preparing data and presenting it in a clear and meaningful way 

• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are a fast learner 

• You have experience with tools like Qlikview, Google Looker, Amazon QuickSight, and translating your KPI definitions in SQL is the easiest exercise for you

• You have a very good understanding of operational business processes and have a certain drive and a stable persistance

• You are fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus

The area of corporate development combines the internal consulting units of the SIXT Group.
