Reporting to the Director People Development and Culture you will be responsible for international projects in Talent Management, Leadership & Culture Development or Learning Experience for SIXT Headquarters, Operations and Services.
You will analyze development needs across the business for various groups as e.g. leaders, high potentials and talent communities
You design and implement talent journeys, programs and initiatives from start to finish in collaboration with various stakeholders across SIXT
You will be the internal consultant for finding the best possible talent solutions for individual colleagues, regarding internal mobility, development plans, career building blocks
You will plan, develop, and provide corporate as well as customized initiatives
You define global standards and best practices using a variety of tools from training, workshops to digital and mobile solutions
You have minimum 7 years’ experience in Talent or Learning & Development and therefore bring a strong knowledge of best practices in minimum one of the areas of people development, culture development or learning
You are able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment utilizing your analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
You have strong communication and influencing skills and a result-orientated work style
You have led projects successfully and proven that you can think creatively when developing new approaches and solutions in complex environments
You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written
