Krones.digital has decided to implement ServiceNow into their system landscape in order to meet business goals more efficiently. One Agile Tribe responsible for the Krones.digital Cloud Platform and Operations Console (OC) is now asked to develop new use cases concerning the OC with the help of ServiceNow services. The OC is a crucial tool for the internal Krones.digital Delivery Department, e.g. for setting up new customer instances, configuring products or datapoints as well as edge devices including their monitoring. Therefore, we are searching for a motivated candidate, who would work in our team and work closely with our Cloud Developers to implement and develop use cases. This new team member has a technical knowledge and a growth mindset, which allows this end-to-end realization.
Your Tasks:
You realize new and existing use cases for our internal product engineering tool, Operations Console (OC), to facilitate ServiceNow services.
You collaborate closely with Cloud Developers, Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and other stakeholders.
You select appropriate ServiceNow services for our development area.
You organize maintenance and service for implemented ServiceNow solutions.
You share knowledge and expertise about ServiceNow with dedicated stakeholders.
You familiarize yourself with ServiceNow services not yet known to the Senior ServiceNow Implementer.
Your Profile:
You have extensive hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow use cases in an organization’s IT infrastructure to help the organization meet their specific business requirements.
You possess proficiency in ServiceNow scripting for custom application design and development.
Your growth mindset makes you eager to learn new technologies and ServiceNow services.
You are already familiar with CI/CD engineering, ITSM, ITIL, and/or CMDB and have a strong technical backround.
You’re fluent in English and are able to collaborate with international teams.
One or more Certified Implementation Specialist certifications would be favorable.
