Software Engineer - Generative AI (all genders)

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work across different areas to bring AI solutions into practical end-to-end use cases.

Your work will focus on the conceptual design and implementation of complex cloud solutions in the context of generative AI.

To enable the implementation of AI solutions, you will design and realize efficient architectures for storing and processing data based on stakeholder needs and system requirements.

In the AI context, you will monitor and manage all aspects of system security, performance, storage, incidents, utilization, backup and recovery for databases, AI applications and infrastructure on AWS.

You develop software with high code quality (reliable, maintainable, efficient, secure, carefully documented and tested).

You take responsibility for the consideration of GenAI best practices within the AI team and sensitize various stakeholders in this regard.

You have proven experience as a software/data engineer in the context of AI with in-depth knowledge of (Azure/AWS) cloud services and programming with Python.

You possess practical experience in the design and implementation of GenAI-based solutions and best practices.

You have in-depth knowledge of machine learning and generative models (e.g. GANs, VAEs, diffusion, transformers, ...).

In addition to your strong team spirit, you have a motivating and supportive personality. 

Communication is easy for you in both German and English, as you are fluent in both languages.
