Agile Project Manager (all genders)

As a multi-project manager in our Corporate Digitalization and Automation division, you coordinate a wide range of development projects from the digitalization project portfolio.

You actively contribute to a reliable, efficient and agile execution of the projects. Together with Development Tribe Leads / Product Owners and Agile Coaches / Scrum Masters, you ensure continuous planning, execution, risk management, project controlling and reporting.

You recognize obstacles and deviations regarding scope, budget and deadlines in advance and proactively initiate appropriate countermeasures.

You organize and lead cross-project workshops and planning sessions.

You are an important interface between product and program and development management and project teams.

You understand how to gain internal interfaces/stakeholders for your topics.

You ensure process- and guideline-compliant project execution and move confidently in the tool landscape. 

You contribute to the conceptual design and implementation of new methods and processes and thus contribute to the further development of the department.

You are willing to manage relationships with selected pilot customers and development partners and to coordinate collaboration across project

You already have some professional experience in project coordination and have already managed your first projects independently.

You are characterized by extraordinary organizational skills. You find efficient and pragmatic ways to turn ideas and requirements into reality.

Your ability to grasp things quickly helps you to understand the organizational processes in a complex environment.

Your way of working is characterized by independence and initiative.

You are familiar with agile methods and frameworks and have ideally already worked in a corresponding environment.

You have an understanding of business management and your analytical skills help you to monitor your projects from an economic and time perspective.

You have a great affinity for digitalization and software development and ideally already have some experience in this field.

Due to your strong communication skills, you can diplomatically reconcile conflicts of interest and, for example, lead and moderate workshops in a goal-oriented manner.

You enjoy networking and are used to communicating with your internal and external interfaces at eye level. 

Ideally, you already have experience in using PPM tools as well as Jira and Confluence.

You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
